Agreement to These Terms

By accessing ppvip1 at https://ppvip1.bio, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

Creating Your Account

In the first instance, any dispute should be raised with ppvip1 support using the contact details on this website. ppvip1 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent arbitration body as notified by ppvip1 at the relevant time.

The language of dispute resolution proceedings shall be English. You agree to provide all correspondence and supporting documentation in English or accompanied by a certified English translation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
